💰 Victim Compensation in Delaware
The Delaware Victims’ Compensation Assistance Program (VCAP) offers financial help to victims of violent crimes.
Covered expenses include:

Eligibility Requirements:
- Report the crime within 72 hours (unless good cause is shown)
