📜 Your Rights Under Ohio Law
Ohio’s Constitution and Marsy’s Law provide victims with rights including:
- To be treated with fairness and dignity
- To receive notice of all public proceedings
- To be heard in court before release, plea, sentencing, and parole
- To confer with the prosecutor
- To receive full and timely restitution
